2. Weeks 5-8: Natural Language Processing (NLP)
   • Basics of NLP: Tokenization, Stemming, and Lemmatization
   • Working with NLTK, SpaCy, and TF-IDF representations
   • Word embeddings: Word2Vec, GloVe, and FastText
   • Introduction to transformers and pre-trained language models
3. Weeks 9-12: Generative AI & LLM APIs
   • Hugging Face pipelines for text classification and translation
   • Generative AI fundamentals: OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering
   • Designing custom AI chat agents and deploying pipelines
   • DALL-E, ChatGPT, and corporate use cases for generative AI

Capstone projects

• NLP Custom Text Classifier — Build an intent-detection system using NLTK and Hugging Face Transformers to classify user queries and automate support workflow tags. (built with Python, Hugging Face, NLP, NLTK)
• Custom Chat Agent with OpenAI API — Design and deploy an intelligent assistant that parses business document sheets to resolve client technical support queries. (built with Python, Generative AI, API Integration)
